Thank fuck this album finished with Africa. 40 Trips Around The Sun is a good compilation of some great Toto songs, which I vastly underrated in hindsight. The songs all work well as part of a compilation and the last 4 songs just really butter my eggrolls. Like, "Hold The Line", "Georgy Porgy", "Rosanna" and then "Africa"? It's like Toto wanted to kill me. Despite that, one of my main concerns was the length of the album (1h19m) and also the structure, as the songs I had heard of before were right at the end. Overall, it's a solid album and I'd like to listen to "Hold The Line" again.
Devil's Score: 8
